A 2-day Pre-School session will be conducted from June 12–13, 2026 to help participants build foundational knowledge in speech, NLP, and programming.
The main Summer School will run from June 15–27, 2026.
The programme includes lectures, hands-on sessions, and project work.
Registration Fee:
- The registration fee covers lectures, hands-on sessions, and project participation.
- Lunch will be provided during the main summer school days.
- Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Accommodation and Mess Information:
Accommodation will be provided in student hostels within the IIIT Hyderabad campus, with separate arrangements for male and female participants. Rooms will be allotted on a 2–3 sharing basis, subject to availability. Participants may check in from June 11 (earliest) and must check out by June 28 (latest).
The accommodation fee is Rs. 5,513/- for the entire duration of the Summer School. Please note that this fee does not include food expenses and accommodation charges are separate from the registration fee.
Participants are requested to bring their own bedsheets, blankets, and toiletries.
Food Options:
- Lunch will be provided during the main programme (15 - 27 June) at the Venue
- Other meals can be purchased from the student mess or campus canteens..
- Online food delivery is permitted on campus.
